Brian L. Ganz – President & CEO
Brian L. Ganz, founder of Let's Go Robotics, is responsible for the overall operations and success of the company. Ganz is a serial entrepreneur and former Founder and President of RoboDesign International Incorporated. Ganz holds 13 patents and has 25 years of experience in engineering development and business. He enjoys inventing new technologies and stimulating young minds as an instructor and lecturer for the University of California San Diego (UCSD) Extension in product development and engineering management.
Ed O’Sullivan – CFO
Ed O'Sullivan is responsible for the financial health of Let's Go Robotics. O'Sullivan has more than twenty years of experience in financial management for companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies. He is currently on the board of directors for JMAR Technologies Inc. as Audit Committee Chairman. O'Sullivan specializes in helping companies achieve their business goals through strategic financial planning. He is the managing partner and founder of CFO Connect™. O'Sullivan holds a BA from the University of California, San Diego and an MBA from the University of San Diego.
Delbert F. Foit, Jr. – Board of Advisors
Delbert Foit has over 32 years experience in the Medical Diagnostics and Biotechnology Industry, including Executive Management responsibilities for Operations, Quality Assurance, Materials Management, Product Development, Information Technology, Distribution and Customer Support. Foit is currently President & CEO of StructureSpec Biosciences, Inc., a start-up biotechnology company he co-founded. He is also the Springboard Program Manager for UCSD CONNECT a university-based public benefits organization fostering entrepreneurship in the San Diego region. Mr. Foit earned a BS in Biology from Rutgers University and an MBA from Rider University.
John Rodenrys – Board of Advisors
John Rodenrys has had extensive leadership positions in Life Sciences companies including Safety Mate, ForHealth Technologies, Vistant Corporation, Pyxis Corporation and MicroMRP. He is currently CEO of InflammaGen a San Diego startup company as well as CEO and Senior Managing Director of Leading Ventures, a La Jolla based venture capital firm. He is the co-author of Production and Management Systems for Business, published by Prentice Hall and is the co-inventor on two patents. Rodenrys holds a BS in engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), a Master's in Management Science from US International University (USIU).
