During installation, the Project Manager and experienced engineers work together to put the new system in place as directed by the project plan. This plan may include Factory and/or Site Acceptance Testing.

Factory Acceptance Test

The system is tested and assembled (with the available equipment) at Let’s Go Robotics and then run for one 8-hour period.  In the event of a failure, the problem will be corrected and the associated tests re-run.  All necessary repairs must be made to initiate the warranty period. Prior to system shipment, a customer representative will meet at Let’s Go Robotics and review the system.  Issues found will be corrected before shipment.

Once the system is complete, Let’s Go Robotics Engineers and Technicians will train the representative and users on site during installation.  Additional training can be arranged at any time.

Manuals and documentation are provided in hard copy and electronic format for each system.

Video-based training is available upon request

Site Acceptance Test

After installation and final training, an eight-hour dry run will be performed using the operator interface and an agreed upon process method.  Customer instrumentation is included in the dry run, which  tests the equipment and control software integration. Let's Go Robotics works with third party vendors to resolve any issues that arise.
