Project Management
The Let’s Go Robotics team has over 75 years of combined automation and equipment experience. This experience has taught us how to deliver complicated hardware and software systems on time, within specification, and under budget. We have the tools in place to manage such a project to meet your needs.
A project manager is typically assigned at the beginning of the project. A key first task is to meet with the customer to fully understand the process and specific requirements. This is the foundation of a successful project.
After fully documenting the process, the project manager creates a project plan in conjunction with the customer. This plan, built and managed in Microsoft® Project, is then the basis for project monitoring and reporting.
Change Management
Experience tells us that no project is completed without changes. It is the nature of the laboratory environment that processes change and new requirements arise. To ensure the least disruption, we:
- Meet regularly to review status and potential changes.
- Design and develop a flexible solution that can be quickly adapted to meet new requirements.
Let's Go Robotics uses a change procedure to keep the customer informed of changes.
Schedule Planning, Monitoring, Adherence
The Let's Go Robotics project manager assigns resources based on the project plan. These assignments are monitored and modified as needed to keep the project on track.
Let’s Go Robotics uses project management tools such as Microsoft Project, weekly reports, and shortage lists to monitor project status.

Communication
One of the most critical elements in project success is regular and clear communication. Let's Go Robotics uses a combination of face-to-face meetings and the latest technology for web meetings to review project details with the customer. This provides ample opportunity for the customer to request changes, elaborate on requirements and understand overall status. These meetings include design reviews, equipment reviews, and milestone agreement.
