Support and Warranty

To request service, fill our our Service Request Form.

Annual support agreements are available for maintenance and upgrades at two different levels.

Gold Level

  • Phone Support during business hours, maximum 4 hour call back (weekend calls are returned next business day).
  • One prepaid service trip per quarter (two day response on-site). Two days of labor on-site included.
  • Parts are included.
  • Additional trips are charged at an hourly rate (charged at a discount rate) plus expenses.

Silver Level

  • Phone Support during business hours, maximum 8 hour call back (weekend calls are returned next business day).
  • Two prepaid service trips per year (one week response on-site). Two days of labor on-site included.
  • Parts are included.
  • Additional trips are charged at an hourly rate plus expenses.

Warranty

After shipment Let’s Go Robotics will repair any workmanship problems at the customer’s site, provided the systems are in the same condition as when shipped (ordinary wear and tear excepted) for a limited time only.

Component Warranty

All electrical components supplied by Let’s Go Robotics receive a warranty for an agreed upon time after the product is delivered to the customer. For components covered by a manufacturer's warranty,  Let’s Go Robotics will be the single point of contact for these warranty claims.
