Support & Warranty Overview

To request service, fill out a Service Request form.

Let’s Go Robotics offers on-call support for additional programming requirements to fine tune the processes for all phases of the project. A yearly support agreement is available for maintenance and upgrades at two different levels.

Gold Level

  • Phone Support during business hours, maximum 4 hour call back (weekend calls are returned next business day).
  • One prepaid service trip per quarter (two day response on-site). Two days of labor on-site included.
  • Parts are included.
  • Additional trips are charged at an hourly rate (charged at a discount rate) plus expenses.

Silver Level

  • Phone Support during business hours, maximum 8 hour call back (weekend calls are returned next business day).
  • Two prepaid service trips per year (one week response on-site). Two days of labor on-site included.
  • Parts are included.
  • Additional trips are charged at an hourly rate plus expenses.

Warranty

For a limited time after shipment to the customer, Let’s Go Robotics will repair any workmanship problems at the customer’s site, provided the systems are in the same condition as when shipped from Let’s Go Robotics (ordinary wear and tear excepted). 

Component Warranty

All electrical components supplied by Let’s Go Robotics are warranted for a limited time after receipt by customer.  For components covered by a manufacturer's warranty, Let’s Go Robotics will be the single point of contact.
